Nom nom nom Wednesday - DADA edition

In DADA this month we've been asked to examine what attracts us and what would block a dark spell based on that attraction.  Personally, I find many a dark wizard attractive on their own, so I'm still trying to wrap my head around how to defend against spelless attraction.  There was a time when I was also attracted to the muggle candy known as Milky Way bars.  One day my eccentric aunt turned up at a family pot luck with a bowl of the following salad which forever cured the lure of the Milky Way bar.

Defensive Candy Bar "Salad"
4 king size Milky Way Bars cut into bite size chunks
2 lbs. Granny Smith apples un-peeled, also cut into bite size chunks.
1 horrific tub of Cool Whip

1.  Throw it all in a bowl and mix together.
2.  Enjoy the looks of family and friends as they take a scoop to "be polite".

Now I know many of you are saying, "Rockinsticks is so bizarre, now she is just making stuff up."  I assure you this story and recipe are true and will forever be shared in the oral history of my family.  And besides - does it not fit in with the idea of defending against a love spell?

Have a great Wednesday everyone.
