Time Zone Conversions

To make life a wee bit easier (we hope) for students trying to get in their final projects before the buzzer at the end-of-May deadline, here are some exact times to work with. We've attempted to cover all the areas of known House Cuppers, but it is possible we've left some out. Hopefully this will still be helpful!
